At the invitation of the Head of the Warsaw University of Agriculture (Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie), Professor Michał Jerzy Zasada, The Rector of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University, Professor Anatolii Tsios participated in the celebrations dedicated to the University Days.
The Warsaw University of Agriculture was founded in 1816 and is the oldest university of agriculture and natural sciences in the Republic of Poland. The educational institution comprises about 40 specialties (9 of them taught in English): from natural sciences and technology to veterinary medicine, social and economic research.
Besides, modern research centres and laboratories allow teaching and conducting research at the highest level.
The rectors agreed on the preparation of joint projects, research, implementation of academic mobility and more. Both stressed that quality education is a today’s priority in the work of higher education institutions in Ukraine and the Republic of Poland.
