The Faculty of International Relations continues implementing dual education. In December, several relevant contracts were signed at the conference hall of Lesya Ukrainka University.
The signing of the contracts was moderated by the Dean of the Faculty, Antonina Shuliak. “We have a long history of cooperation with these companies. For our students, they form the basis for practice. A combination of theory and practice is essential. Thank you for being here to help. This is an up-to-date way of cooperation”, she said.
The Rector of the University was the next to take the floor, emphasizing the importance of dual form of education. “It is clear that the tighter the cooperation of the University with the employers, the more effective turns out the education. We offer our best students to the companies to hire, and we are grateful for accepting them”, he said..
The Head of the tourist agency “Valeria”, Valeria Havrylevych, shared her experience of cooperation with the University: “Many students are interested in tourism. One of your students whom we have hired is rather responsible and clever”.
Yuliia Soloveniuk (International Relations) is going to work at “Valeria”. The company employs 10 people, three of whom have graduated from the International Relations department of VNU.
Kateryna Klimchuk and Roman Novak (International Relations) will work at the basic company for practice since 2014 “Irbis-Volyn”, where the products of the animal origin are wholesaled.
Kateryna Makhnovets (International Economic Relations) will work at Volyn Regional Centre of Emergency and Disaster Medicine.
