The Rector of EENU, Anatolii Tsios, and the Principal of Kivertsi Medical College, Tetiana Komshuk, agreed to cooperate.
The cooperation treaty was signed on July, 24 in Kivertsi.
Anatolii Tsios expected this first fact-finding meeting to be productive in the future.
“First of all, we would like to discover more information about your College; secondly, we would like to begin cooperation and to make it efficient and systematic. This is the first time for the University to cooperate with colleges like that, but the importance of such collaboration is obvious to us, thus we are trying to establish it”, the Rector said.
The Principal of the College mentioned the great interest in such cooperation that first of all should be effective.
“I hope that the cooperation of both institutions will not be just nominal, but effective”, Tetiana Komshuk said.
During the meeting, all possible options for a fruitful cooperation of the two institutions were discussed by Anatolii Tsios; Vice Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and Innovations, Vadym Ulianov; and Tetiana Komshuk.
The cooperation will be realized in the following directions:
– organization, conduction and participation in joint scientific and practical conferences, workshops, exhibitions, seminars, concerts and other events;
– organization of joint methodological seminars for development and approval of educational programs and syllabus plans;
– exchange of scholars, lecturers and experts for implementation of joint projects and programs, and academic internships for lecturers, as well as counseling for theses;
– teaching of specialized courses;
– experience exchange in the implementation of IT in training and student exchange for completing courses;
– acquaintance with the functioning of youth organizations of both institutions;
– preparation of joint project applications for obtaining financial support from national and international funds;
– exchange of art exhibitions and student amateur performances;
– further training of College graduates in EENU.
Having discussed the options for cooperation, the parties signed the treaty.
To close the meeting, Tetiana Komshuk displayed the training facilities of the College to the University representatives and conducted a small excursion.
