On March 1, 2022, there was a regular meeting of the coordinators of the Geopolonistics project. This project is four-dimensional, since it covers Polish, Italian, Ukrainian and Lithuanian Polonistics (Polish Studies). Among the urgent issues were the possibilities and necessities of uniting the European academics during the war and Russian aggression in Ukraine.
Polish Studies specialists from Lutsk and their Polish colleagues from “Polonist Bulletin” and the Institute of Literary Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences have joined together for volunteer work. On the Ukrainian side, this charitable activity is coordinated by a graduate of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University, Polish Studies specialist and translator Anastasiia Klushyna.

A strategy for psychological overcoming of emergency situations has been developed. For this reason, the decision has been made to create an international online community of Polish Studies specialists to promote communications, discussions and exchange of experiences.
The organizers decided to use the international platform of the project to spread goodness and solidarity, to continue the initiatives they have begun, and further develop the professional skills of students in the field of Polish Studies, translation and digital humanities.
