Information Policy Office (IPO) is a structural unit of the Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University.

Activities of the IPO:
- Preparation of reports on the activities of the University for the mass media in the form of articles, comments from management, teaching staff, students.
- Preparation of press releases and announcements of upcoming events at the University.
- Dissemination of information in various types of mass media about events that took place in a higher education institution.
- Organization of press conferences, briefings, public speeches on television and radio of the rector, vice-rectors, executive secretary of the admissions committee, heads of departments, employees and teachers, students of the University.
- Organization of interviews with management, teaching staff, students for the mass media.
- Cooperation with regional and all-Ukrainian mass media, in particular: provision of necessary information, statistical data (upon official request), contact telephones, addresses of subdivisions, etc.
- Daily monitoring of local and all-Ukrainian mass media.
- Photographing events at the University and maintaining a photo archive.
- Maintenance and promotion of official social networks of the University.
- Development of videoscripts about the activities of the University.
- Collaboration with local TV companies to broadcast the stories.
- Providing local TV companies with videos for use in newscasts and thematic programs.
- Production of videos, stories for advertising activities of the admissions committee and faculties.
- Advising students majoring in "Journalism" during an internship in the department.
- Maintaining a video archive of the University.
Responsibilities for maintaining the official website:
• Active support of site headings.
• Changing and updating the photo gallery of the website.
• Making suggestions for improving the pages of the site.
• Informing technical support about system failures on the site.
